Our dedicated team do their utmost to save customers money by refurbishing their old industrial motors to save them the added expense of replacing them with new equipment wherever possible.
Our quick and efficient service also minimises down time and lost productivity. Available 24/7, we can respond rapidly when you need us and often repair a motor in the time it would take to have a new one delivered. We carry out an initial assessment on every motor brought in, and provide a straightforward, honest view of the best and most effective repair, replacement or overhaul options. If replacement is the only option, we carry a stock of motors which means we can provide you with a new one quickly and cost efficiently.
Our well-kitted workshop features the very latest diagnostic and machining equipment, including a state-of-the-art CEMB balancing machine capable of analysing motors up to five tonnes in weight, a CNC lathe, welding plant and specialist drilling tools. As well as a dedicated electrical panel building department with the capability to construct ATEX (explosive atmosphere) certified power and control panels.
